Step 1: Recruiter Screen

Your first conversation with QTS is typically a phone call or virtual interview lasting about 30-45 minutes. This is where we confirm qualifications, share details about the role, and answer your initial questions.

Step 2: Hiring Manager Interview

Next, you'll meet with the hiring manager. This may be virtual or in-person, depending on the role, and range from 30-60 minutes. This is where we explore your experience, technical expertise (if applicable), and how it connects to the role.

Step 3: Team Interviews ("Core 4")

This stage moves quickly, usually within 48 hours. You'll meet with team members in a series of interviews, often on-site. Interviewers use structured, behavioral-based questions aligned to our core values to evaluate job-related competencies and ways of working. Panel formats may be used, depending on the role.
